What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 8.45am for yoga at 9am

Timings are as follows

8.30 Arrivals
9 Yoga & Breaths
10.15-11 Break
11 – 12.30 Meditation & Journaling
1 Lunch
2 Relaxation / Swim / Lounge
3 Creative Activity
4 Sauna / Swim / Chill
6 Departures

What should I bring?

  • Comfortable loose clothing for yoga & meditation

  • Swimwear for sauna & pool

  • 2 x towels (one for drying off, one for sitting in the sauna)

  • Journal & pen

  • Water bottle

  • Anything you need to be comfortable and cosy - shawl, blanket, socks

  • Sun cream if forecast sun

What’s included in the price?

  • 3 facilitated sessions throughout the day (at least 1 hour each)

  • Morning and afternoon refreshments (hot drinks, snacks and fruit)

  • Vegetarian lunch

  • Sauna (fits 4/5 at a time)

  • Swim (16ft wide 4ft deep framed pool - NOT built in!)

Can I book a group?

Yes but please be in touch to discuss. Other dates may be available for group bookings.

What if it rains?

In the event of rain, either a sheltered space will be created in the garden, or we will be based inside

  • No liability is taken for accident, injury, loss or damages to individuals and/or their property whilst at The Garden Retreat

  • Participation is entirely at the individuals own risk, please exercise personal safety at all times

  • This is a private residential home and garden, please respect the space and private areas

  • No alcohol or illegal substances to be consumed on the premises

  • Although this is a secluded garden it is on a main road so you will hear passing cars whilst in the garden
