What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 8.45am for yoga at 9am
Timings are as follows
8.30 Arrivals
9 Yoga & Breaths
10.15-11 Break
11 – 12.30 Meditation & Journaling
1 Lunch
2 Relaxation / Swim / Lounge
3 Creative Activity
4 Sauna / Swim / Chill
6 Departures
What should I bring?
Comfortable loose clothing for yoga & meditation
Swimwear for sauna & pool
2 x towels (one for drying off, one for sitting in the sauna)
Journal & pen
Water bottle
Anything you need to be comfortable and cosy - shawl, blanket, socks
Sun cream if forecast sun
What’s included in the price?
3 facilitated sessions throughout the day (at least 1 hour each)
Morning and afternoon refreshments (hot drinks, snacks and fruit)
Vegetarian lunch
Sauna (fits 4/5 at a time)
Swim (16ft wide 4ft deep framed pool - NOT built in!)
Can I book a group?
Yes but please be in touch to discuss. Other dates may be available for group bookings.
What if it rains?
In the event of rain, either a sheltered space will be created in the garden, or we will be based inside

This is a private residential home and garden, please respect the space and private areas
No alcohol or illegal substances to be consumed on the premises
Although this is a secluded garden it is on a main road so you will hear passing cars whilst in the garden
