Welcome to The Garden Retreat, a hidden secluded walled garden in east Bristol offering days of relaxation, wellness and creativity.
Switch off from the outside world, take a day of digital detox, and reconnect with yourself through grounding, awakening and mindful practices that will bring us into our bodies, quiet the mind, and open our hearts.
Each day will begin with yoga & breath on the lawn, followed by meditation & journaling, a delicious shared lunch, and a creative activity in the afternoon before a sauna and swim.
Whether it’s mixing essential oils, moulding clay, or vision boarding, each day is an invite to connect with your own unique creative spark.
In the spaces between, get comfortable in a hammock or a swing chair, lounge on a sofa, or sprall on a Moroccan rug.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day, sip a fresh juice by the pool, take a herb tea on the terrace, or afternoon cake on the lawn.
You will have use of the open plan kitchen and dining area, living room with sofas, rugs and cushions, toilet, and extensive garden with (framed 16ft) pool, and (shed conversion) sauna.
